If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photos as proof.
Products must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging to qualify for return. Used or damaged items that are not due to our error may not be eligible for refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
